Regency House is the second development in London for Maslow’s, an innovative co-working provider that offers a unique work/life user experience for both creating and unwinding. Maslow’s Soho is a hybrid office and hospitality proposition which includes workspaces, members lounges, meeting and event spaces, restaurants, bars, hotel bedrooms and a gym/wellbeing studio.

The building sits on the prominent corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street within the Soho Conservation Area. It has a Ground floor with the Members Entrance, bar and restaurant, five upper floors with combined uses and a rooftop terrace restaurant/bar.

Working closely with the Interior Design studio Fettle Design, Denton Corker Marshall are acting as lead consultant and architects undertaking the complete refurbishment of the existing building.
