Lagos Arena is designed to be the largest bespoke entertainment venue in Nigeria. With 16,000m2 of accommodation over four levels, the development could host the largest indoor sporting and music events in the country.

It has a capacity of 6000 for standing concerts and 5000 for all seated basketball matches. 32 V.I.P. boxes ring the upper level with cantilevered seating offering exceptional views of the action below.

The Arena forms part of the new extension works to the Palms Shopping Mall in Lekki. It’s floor is raised up to Level One of the Mall with the main entrance accessed through the retail area. An extensive new food-court will serve both the Mall and the pre-entry Arena concourse, providing around the clock food service.

A marshalling yard is also raised to Level One to allow full arctic vehicle entry/turn-around on the Arena floor during set-up and break-down.

The simple sculptural massing of the building is animated on all four sides of the façade with large-scale interactive audio-visual screens.
