Denton Corker Marshall assisted the Knowledge Quarter Development Company to produce an initial feasibility document and report that would support the development of a hotel at Paddington Village (Central) in Liverpool.
The site was part of the Knowledge Quarter development within the Mayoral Development Zone and our proposals were approved by the Mayoral Development Committee.
This led to the Hotel being commissioned by the Development Company via a main Contractor and we were invited to a select design competition to appoint the Architect, Operator & Brand for the hotel development.
