Denton Corker Marshall

Designed to be a new urban landmark on a city scale the IBC is made up of one spatial form enveloping two independent office buildings, that can be joined on a floor by floor basis if required by tenant requirement.

The two buildings have a common goods delivery area and shared ramp access to three levels of underground parking. In both urban and architectural terms, IBC exerts a commanding and memorable presence over this part of the city.

The development has been officially recognised and twice awarded as “Building of the Year” for its innovation, the highly modern and flexible workspace created within and the overall attention to interior and exterior detail.
