The Art’otel Hoxton will be the first hotel to be built in the UK under the Park Plaza Hotel Group’s luxury brand, due to open January 2024. The hotel comprises of 340 guestrooms, gym, spa and pool, art gallery, VIP cinema, restaurants, bars and lounges.
The building is multi-use, which as well as a hotel includes several floors of offices plus an art gallery and auditorium which will host a rotating calendar of exhibitions, events, talks and shows. The scheme also conserves and incorporates two large scale original Banksy’s which were part of the site.
Denton Corker Marshall was appointed as lead consultant and executive architects from the design development stage. Our scope entailed working closely with the facade architects, interior designers and technical consultant team to develop a highly complex scheme in a very short time frame from design to construction.
The hotel is due to open in January 2024.
