Denton Corker Marshall

The 33 level Landmark Centre includes most of the city block bounded by George, King, York and Barrack Streets. It retains significant heritage streetscape along York Street and the ANZ Bank Building on the corner of George and King Streets.

The Landmark Centre provides a range of amenities including retail shops, cafes, restaurant, bar and public space to serve the city. Art works incorporated into the development, in the form of illustrations and drawings as well as archaeological remains from the site, help interpret and convey the cultural significance of the site and the evolution of the city from its nineteenth century origins to the present. In this manner the development is seen as a cultural contribution to the city centre.
